The split level house features modern, open plan living, dining and kitchen with a fabulous flow of natural light on the upper level. Sea breezes are invited through the sliding doors which also create a seamless indoor/outdoor transition to the spacious balcony for soaking up the sun, alfresco dining or relaxing on the large outdoor sofa. Adjacent to the living area the ultra modern kitchen is absolute class in design with waterfall benches, stylish breakfast bar and practical butler's pantry. The upstairs master bedroom is complimented by a Juliet balcony and an enormous ensuite complete with freestanding bath tub, dual vanity and walk in shower. Upstairs also includes another bathroom and another bedroom with double bed. A separate downstairs living area, complete with board games, toys, books and table soccer, opens up to the undercover outdoor entertaining beside the expansive pool. We had a fantastic stay at Tim’s place in Noosa! The house was perfect for our group - spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing getaway. The location was excellent, close to everything we needed. Tim was a great host: responsive, helpful, and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at the home on Sunrise Beach, just minutes from Noosa. The location is perfect, peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to the hustle and bustle of Hastings Street when you want it. Can see the ocean from the balcony. The house itself is spacious, clean, and very well set up for families. The kids especially loved the pool, and the slide into it was a huge hit — they couldn’t get enough! The outdoor area made it easy to relax while keeping an eye on them. Everything we needed was provided, from kitchen essentials to pool toys. The home easily accommodated our large family. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. Love the area and hope to be back soon.

We as a family of 8 really loved the place. The place was clean and had all the facilities. Everybody enjoyed the pool, slide and the trampoline. The host was very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here for a family vacation as the 6 bedrooms meant everybody had their own private space. The weather was just perfect and we enjoyed great dining around Noosa Heads area.

We had an amazing stay at Tim’s property. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited to our group of 8 adults and 5 children. The highlights were definitely the large entertaining areas and the fantastic options for the kids — they absolutely loved the water slide, pool, and trampoline. WOW. What a great holiday for our family. With extended family coming in from overseas, they were more "wow'd" by the house than the beauty of the Sunshine Coast. This house was fantastic - it's so homely, the view is amazing, the bedrooms are decent size and the facilities for the kids (young and old) was sensational. It goes without saying that the waterslide was a huge attraction, providing hours of endless fun into a beautiful pool. If you are considering a holiday at the Sunshine Coast and want enough space to cater for the whole family, then this needs to be your pick!

We loved our stay at Tim’s place! For three families holidaying together this house is ideal. Each family had two rooms and the master is massive, plenty of room for a cot if needed. Plus two living areas for adults/kids. The waterslide was a HUGE hit with the kids. It requires supervision which we were of course happy to provide to make sure all the kids (and adults!) were safe while using it. Location is great, just a short drive to Noosa, Sunshine Beach, Noosaville etc. Tim’s communication was always very responsive with very clear instructions and follow up to see how we were doing once our stay commenced. I would definitely consider this lovely home again for a big group.
